Honey is Here!!

It has been a tough spring with the early warmth in February that got plants blooming early then the late cold that killed a lot of the blooms. The bees put up a good bit of honey in March but then the nectar flow dropped off to almost nothing. We are blessed thought to be able to harvested the first crop of honey last weekend.
