Farm Honey

Harvested the honey from the farm this weekend and it was quite a haul. This honey has a little different taste from the honey we harvested from our home apiary. It is a little smoother and doesn't have quite the 'bite'. It is a good addition to our line of products. Susan helped with the gathering of the supers and it was a lot of work. Steve and Stephanie Harrington were here to help with the extraction and bottling. After extracting, had over 15 gallons of honey to add to the inventory. It was a lot of hard but rewarding work!!

It was a lot of work but grateful to see how everything comes together with the honey harvest. God's little creatures are awesome!
